A block of black!

Yesterday and today I have been fighting with a film strip for the K3B icons and I have totally blocked, usually my answer is a bad movie and some junk food. And that usually works, or..... heee... not, either way I still get to eat a burger :).
But today I decided to try a different angle, do something black, as you all know I have a thing for black and bubbles.... so here it goes a blackish bluish thing that you can use as an wallpaper, or nothing :).

In case you are wondering if my icon block is gone .... Nope.... But I did not had a burger :) thats a good thing right?.... hummmm Right?..... I wonder :P.

What did you used to create this magnificent? :) cheers

@Neo heeee plain inkscape its a trivial thing, just do some lines make copies of them blur them and there you go ...the copies must have a bigurer with that the main one so the blur is visible under the main one also use radial gradients in the lines for fun....

This image became my wallpaper since you published it. It replaced the dark grey one (also yours) I had before.

But sometimes I have an impression of low colour resolution. As if my screen were set to 16 bits instead of 24 bit true colour.

Today I opened this one in Gimp and made some tests. The degrade is really not so smooth as it could be.

What do you use to create these images? Maybe it is a bug in the renderer of your editor or a post processing you do that causes some loss in colour precision.

@Aldo Nogueira its that 24 bits its not enough and inkscape could do a beter joob in making radial gradients and fuzing that efect...
